The family sauna in the 4-star family Hotel Neubergerhof is located in a separate room, not in the feel-good oasis area, which is only for guests from 18 years of age. Thus, the whole family can enjoy the sauna undisturbed in the soothing warmth after an exciting day. A sauna session can also help children and teenagers to strengthen their immune system and relieve stress. The restful sleep afterwards works true miracles. Treat yourself to a break with the family.

How to sauna properly with children
Please make sure that you do not go into the sauna with a full stomach. Your stomach should not be completely empty either. Ideally, your last meal should be 2 hours ago. In addition, all family members should drink plenty of water so take enough drinks with you.

Everyone in their time!
In order to be able to plan the occupancy of the family sauna precisely, we kindly ask you to book in advance at the reception. We will happily switch on the sauna for you early enough, so that it is already hot at the agreed time. Of course, access to the sauna for children is only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
