The holiday is booked, everyone is looking forward to the most beautiful time of the year and then suddenly you can't start the trip...

What no one wants, can however happen, especially on holiday. In contrast to many credit cards, the European Travel Insurance in Hotelstorno Plus also covers mountain rescue incl. helicopter recovery up to € 7,500 and also reimburses the costs of an early journey home, late arrival or involuntary holiday extension.

Therefore, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which can be taken out at the time of booking through the hotel.

Our cancellation conditions:

Cancellation can be made free of charge 2 weeks prior to arrival
In case of cancellation within the 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged
In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival, 90% will be charged
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged

For bookings between 24.12. and 07.01.

Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to arrival
In case of cancellation from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival, 40% will be charged
In case of cancellation from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged
In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival, 90% will be charged
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charge.

By booking, the regulations and access regulations valid at the time of travel are considered as accepted. Any change to the access regulations will not be grounds for a free cancellation.

In the event that we are not allowed to open our hotel due to the current pandemic regulations, there are of course also no cancellation costs.
