Welcome to the Neubergerhof Family Hotel, the perfect retreat. Here we offer you numerous opportunities to relax.
But for anyone seeking the feeling of earth under their feet and fresh forest air in their lungs, we have a very special experience: Yoga in the forest with a view that surpasses even the most beautiful postcards.
You unpack a yoga mat from our fitness room, a bottle of water, perhaps headphones, and a good book into your backpack. Next, you put on your hiking shoes and get ready for a little adventure. From the Neubergerhof, a beautiful hiking trail leads past the archery course to the Arzbergalm. The path starts on a forest road and winds through a peaceful forest, along a babbling brook.
Listen closely. All you can hear is the powerful rush of the stream, the cracking of branches, and the chirping of crickets. Occasionally, a melodious bird chirp can be heard. Sunbeams dance through the dense treetops, bathing the path in a wonderfully bright light. The path to the Arzbergalm offers numerous places where you can unroll your yoga mat and find your inner peace in the sun or in the shade of the trees. However, the best place for your yoga session awaits you after about an hour of walking.
At this point, the forest opens up, revealing a view of the majestic peaks of Rettenstein and Torstein. This is the perfect place to clear your mind with a round of yoga. If you have already replenished enough energy at this point, you can leisurely hike back to the Neubergerhof for 45 minutes and treat yourself to a well-deserved Topfenstrudel from Maria on our cozy sun terrace. For those full of energy after the yoga session and wanting to experience more, the path continues for 30 minutes to the Arzbergalm.
From the Arzbergalm, the path leads back to the Hotel Neubergerhof on the other side of the forest road in about 45 minutes. This excursion is more than just a hike – it is a journey to yourself, a moment of peace and reflection amidst the impressive nature of the Alps. Experience it for yourself and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the forest and the power of yoga.
If you need more tips on the top yoga spots around the Neubergerhof, I am happy to assist you at the reception.
