Fresh herbs to try, enjoy and cook in Grandma Eva's herb garden
100% fresh, 100% natural
Who doesn't love to season their light summer dishes or fine drinks with fresh herbs from the in-house garden? Fresh parsley, savory, fragrant lemon balm, herby rosemary or wonderfully fresh chives – all this and much more ends up in the dishes of the Neubergerhof kitchen.
Our grandma Eva is a passionate gardener and you can taste that, too. But she can not only be seen in the herb garden while watering and plucking, the colourful flowers all around the hotel are also her pride and joy.

Use in our kitchen and restaurant
Our herbs, spices and flowers are used throughout our hotel. Various dishes, whether Austrian or international, whether hearty or a sweet dessert, are turned into culinary delights with the help of the fragrant herbs. Our service staff too provide sodas, homemade iced teas, smoothies or sparkling wine mixes with lemon balm, peppermint or even spicy herbs.
