Culinary delights for our guests
Martin Reiter Sr. and his wife Maria are a well-rehearsed team when it comes to the subject of “pampering guests with cuisine”. Martin, the meat and sauce specialist, and Maria, our pastry queen, now also receive support from son-in-law Lars.
Lars is a passionate chef, and has been for years. He has taken over the post of Chef. In this way, he brings not only his experience, but also professional expertise and new cooking and preparation methods to the Neubergerhof kitchen.
Every day, they plan together new menus and selected dishes that fit perfectly to each season. Traditional cuisine meets modern combinations and deliciously fresh ingredients.
Neubergerhof Gourmet Pamper Board
Half-board at the Neubergerhof consists of an extensive breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack with sweet, the 5-course dinner menu with salad buffet and four main dishes to choose from, a separate children's buffet in the evening, and themed buffets.

For the duration of your family holiday, you are assigned your own family table. Thus, each family member has his or her own place at the dining table.
The children can enjoy the evening children's buffet as part of the childcare or together with mum and dad. Healthy and tasty meals await them there. In addition to vegetables, rice pans and healthy fish, there are also French fries, a hearty Viennese schnitzel or pizza. After all, kids too can treat themselves when on holiday. Just like mum and dad.
All-day small dishes
In addition to the pamper board, you can also order cold and warm small dishes during the day. Our kitchen is open from 07:30 to 21:00 and can therefore satisfy your hunger in between. Here, there are soups and salads in addition to typical dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn.

Exclusive steaks
Hearty and regional - every evening, our alternative dinner awaits you with 100% juicy fillet steaks from Alpine Oxen on our own farm, whatever your hunger or preference (180 or 250 grams). Served from the grill, tasty, juicy and tender like butter just for you. A wonderfully tasty treat for just a small surcharge!
