Important booking information
On vacation, especially with children, there is always a lot to note and consider. At the Neubergerhof, there are no surprises about the price. We are open and transparent and hide no costs. Arrival and departure
On the day of departure, please vacate rooms and apartments by 11:00. Late check out is subject to availability and for a fee. On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00.
Our cancellation conditions
- Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 2 weeks prior to arrival
- In case of cancellation from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged
- In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival, 90% will be charged
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged
Cancellation costs are charged without exception, therefore we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. For more information, see European Insurance.

With your deposit or reservation confirmation, you accept our cancellation conditions. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Terms and conditions and cancellation conditions as per Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Privacy policy for online bookings
In the course of online booking, you give your consent for data processing in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.
Others
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with debit/bank card, VISA, AMEX or Mastercard as well as by bank transfer before arrival.
