The Neubergerhof Pamper Board
We can promise you one thing - that you will not be hungry in the Neubergerhof. We too are all passionate eaters and culinary connoisseurs and we want to share this with our guests. What is important to us is not only the processing of regional produce, but also everything surrounding it. Ambience, service, high-quality cuisine - everything has to be just right!
That's why we offer an extensive breakfast buffet, a strengthening afternoon snack after an exciting day in the Salzburg mountains and a stylish dinner at your own table. We want you to be totally happy.
The price of the family rooms, suites and original building rooms already includes the gourmet pamper board. All guests in the holiday apartments can of course additionally book breakfast and dinner. The daily afternoon buffet is served for all guests.

Extensive breakfast buffet
from 07:30 to 10:30
The Neubergerhof breakfast buffet is large and extensive. You can satisfy your morning hunger daily from 07:30 to 10:30. The juice bar serves refreshing breakfast drinks such as apple and orange juice, multivitamin and whey drinks. The pastries and bread comes from the village baker, Sieberer Baker’s, whom we have trusted for years. Freshly baked bread rolls, grain rolls and various types of white and black bread await you in the bread corner every day. The fresh raw milk from our neighbouring farmer, Lettenbauer, tastes delicious.
We are happy to take into account should you need other dairy products. The cream cheese, the quark and yoghurt also comes directly from Wolflehenbauer in the neighbourhood.

Our service staff put the fresh coffee on every day and then serve it hot and fragrant at your table. Our diverse range of teas make you ask yourself in the morning - “What tea shall I take today?” Everything is there, packaged and in loose form, with lemon, milk or without – your morning tea just as you like it.
The egg buffet highlight
Our dear Andrea stands in the show kitchen and prepares delicious egg dishes for you, just as you like. You can choose an omelette, fried egg or scrambled eggs, with tomatoes, peppers, onion, cheese, diced or sliced bacon - whichever way you want!

Afternoon snack from 15:30 to 17:00
A selection of sweets and cakes is served daily in the afternoon, as well as coffee and tea and fresh mountain spring water. There are also hearty and savoury dishes, which change daily. So, on one day you will find a strengthening goulash soup, on another spicy spare ribs or sausage and cheese salad.
Dinner
from 18:30 - 20:30
In the evening, your own table is reserved for a stylish 5-course menu. While the children are satisfying their hunger at the children's buffet, you can choose from the extensive wine list, get recommendations from Manu, Benjamin or Hannes, and then enjoy the salad buffet.
After salad, a cold appetiser usually follows or a warm soup, the main course selected in the morning and a sweet dessert to finish. While you sit back and enjoy, our service staff and kitchen team delivers your every wish - course by course. And why not round it all off with a tasty cheese platter, which you put together yourself at the buffet.

Every day you can choose not only fish and meat, but also our vegetarian menu. Here, too, there are 5 courses served by our charming service team.
Children's buffet
from 18:00
The children can enjoy the children's buffet as part of the childcare program or together with mum and dad at the evening children's buffet. Healthy and tasty meals await them there. In addition to vegetables, rice pans and healthy fish, there are also fries, a hearty Viennese schnitzel or pizza. After all, kids too can treat themselves when on holiday - just like mum and dad.
The children are also welcome to choose the 5-course menu. If the children are in their teens, they need a lot of food and the children's buffet is sometimes simply not enough. That's no problem at all, please just let us know during breakfast.
Your own table
For the duration of your family holiday, you are assigned your own family table. Thus, each family member has his or her own place at the dining table.

Additionally, during your holidays, you can use our juice bar daily from 11:00 to 17:00 or quench your thirst with our Neubergerhof mountain spring water.

hearty or savoury - what should it be?
In addition to the pamper board, you can also order cold and warm small dishes during the day. Our kitchen is open from 07:30 to 20:30 and can therefore satisfy your hunger in between. Here, there are soups and salads in addition to typical dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn.
Finely selected wine shop
Our Restaurant Manager, Manu is a sommelier and a passionate wine connoisseur herself. So, she will be happy to advise you on the right choice to suit your food. Choose your favourite from our wine list - white or red, dessert or sparkling wine.
A la Carte restaurant
In addition to the daily menu compiled by our chefs, you can also choose from our A la Carte menu. Just let us know. We will simply calculate the difference, deduct the amount for your board and add the A la Carte costs.
Meals included in the price?
All room and suite prices include the whole gourmet pamper board. All holiday apartment prices include the afternoon snack and the Neubergerhof ****PLUS services, but are without breakfast buffet and dinner menu. As an apartment guest, you can also book the catering.
