Good things have history and so we can proudly call ourselves hosts for over 5 decades. Many dear guests have been and are still looked after by us over the three generations. Where can you find unadulterated happiness in a world of superlatives? In a place where the water bubbles up from one's own spring, where real values are lived and where one has a feeling of family.
The Neubergerhof in Filzmoos is just such a place. It was not created overnight, but grew over three generations to what it is today - a lovingly managed family hotel. You can really feel that all members of the Reiter family are hosts with their heart and soul. And you also meet them – on the reception, in the herb garden, in the restaurant, in the kid’s club or outside with the horses.
Reiter family
A big family, as you find in storybooks. Family spirit and cohesion have always been an important part for us. And you can feel that. In all corners, in all rooms and in all areas of activity, the Reiter family is on-hand to provide guests with an unforgettable holiday experience in Filzmoos, in Austria
Pictures from the past, when the clocks ran a little slower.
The Neubergerhof has existed since 1965
Our grandparents have laid the foundation stone. Without them the Neubergerhof would not be what it is today.
Our grandparents, Eva and Sepp Reiter, laid the foundation for today's successful tourism business back in the 1960s. Our predecessors were courageous and innovative and have created an incomparable paradise over recent decades.
Our grandma, as everyone can call her whether a guest or also a member of staff, is a remarkable woman. She has done so much in her life, worked and experienced so much that we had to ask her, of course - “Grandma, tell us what it was like back then”.
